Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?
You can conveniently book directly from our website using the BOOK NOW button. You will be asked to fill out all pertinent information for your reservation and then one of our specialists will contact you to confirm your pricing, cabin selection, and accept payment to complete your reservation. You can also call us at 1-800-975-7112


How do I receive my booking ID?

Once one of our specialists confirms your reservation details, you will need to provide payment, then a reservation number or Booking ID will be provided to you within 24-48 business hours. All reservations will take this time to process. Once receive, this Booking ID will also grant you access to Celebrity.com to manage your booking online and access online check in closer to departure.


What is the pricing for a single traveler?

All pricing is on our website and booking form.

How many people can fit in each cabin?

Cabins vary and can hold 1-4 guests. Please fill out the booking form for the number of guests you wish to travel with. If you need multiple cabins, please fill out the booking form for each cabin.


Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are nonrefundable. All other money becomes nonrefundable after final payment. Final payment is due by


Can I change a name on the reservation?

All names on a reservation can be changed up until xxxxxx, 2026 without fee or penalty.
Please contact your sales rep if you need to make any changes.


Is this family friendly?

Absolutely! All age ranges welcomed. Celebrity Cruises has a wonderful children’s camp for the those under the age of 13. This is a great way to meet other kids onboard as well. In addition, all Season at Sea Activities will be family friendly unless designated with an adults only description. Activity schedules will be provided closer to departure.

Do I need travel insurance?

While insurance is not a requirement, it is strongly recommended. Please contact your sales agent for options and a quote. All bookings are fully non-refundable after XXXXXX; please contact your travel insurance provider to file a claim in case of cancellation.


What documents do I need to travel? Do I need a passport?

How do I complete my online check in? If it won't let me check in, who do I call?

You will complete an online check in for your cruise about 21 days prior to sailing through Celebrity.com or the Celebrity App using your registered account. If you have issues with your check in or login on Celebrity.com, you are able to contact Celebrity’s technical support team at 1-800-722-5941 or online check in assistance at 1-877-200-2897


What to pack?

An activities schedule will be sent prior to the cruise including a guide to dress for our themed events. We will strive to provide more than adequate time so you can plan for the events properly, including any dress code or themed dress requirements.

Note that we encourage regency style apparel at any of our events, so feel free to shop now! Our final ball will be a masquerade ball- and while our dress code is never required we would love to see your most beautiful gowns and suits.


What port are we leaving from?

The ship will sail roundtrip from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. All guests will need to make their way to Fort Lauderdale on January 15th to board the ship.


What time should I arrive at the port?

When completing your online check in within 3 weeks of sailing, you will be able to select your arrival window. All guests must arrive to the port at a minimum of 2 hours before ship's scheduled departure.

Will parking be available?

Parking information is available on their website.


What's included in my cruise fare?

All guests attending The Season at Sea Cruise receive:

Are gratuities included in my package?

Gratuities are included for all reservations for the Season at Sea Cruise


Can I request early or late dining?

All guests in the group will be on the same schedule together, which means the dining time will be assigned based on the final event schedule.  Please keep in mind you're welcome to utilize alternative dining venues if you do not wish to have a seated dining in the main dining room 


I booked a cabin directly with Celebrity cruises. Will I have access to the Season at Sea Cruise events?

Unfortunately, guests must be booked with us and not with any other parties to be included in the exclusive events. In order to enjoy the specific entertainment we are bringing onboard, you must be booked through our agency.


How can I plan on board activities/excursions/purchase packages?

Once you have a reservation or booking ID from our team, you will be able to register or login at www.celebrity.com to manage your reservations.
